Christian grew up watching football both live and on the telly on a weekly basis, and it was the English Premier League that really caught his eye in the 90s and 00s. During his younger years, Christian was collecting and reading football magazines, keeping up on football news from all over the world. In addition to English football, he enjoys watching the Spanish league, and have in later years also expanded his Iberian football interest to include the Portuguese league. Favourite players include Xavi, Dennis Bergkamp, Thierry Henry and David Beckham.
